The Daughters of War are designed with the intent of creating a faction of noble yet brutal warrior women in a far future. The art direction was to avoid over-sexualization yet properly conveying their femininity beneath a functional, rugged and advanced space knight exterior.
The baseline designs are meant to be simple enough for ease of painting, but very easily enhanced with superficial decorations for denoting rank.
